Political Action Days

Join us for the Nebraska REALTORS® Political Action Days, a premier event dedicated to advancing real estate advocacy, legislative engagement, and leadership development. Hosted at the Nebraska Innovation Campus, this two-day gathering offers REALTORS® the chance to meet with policymakers, gain insights into the latest industry developments, and advocate for the issues that matter most to our profession and the communities we serve.

Political Action Days will feature key discussions with state leaders, updates on legislative priorities, and opportunities to connect directly with Nebraska's senators. Through various committee meetings, advisory sessions, and networking events, attendees will have the chance to influence real estate policy, build valuable relationships, and ensure the REALTOR® voice is heard in the legislative process.

Whether you're a seasoned advocate or new to real estate policy, Political Action Days is an essential event for anyone passionate about protecting property rights, promoting homeownership, and shaping the future of real estate in Nebraska.

Don't forget to sign up for Bill Review!

Mark your calendars for January 25th, 2025, as the Government Affairs Committee convenes in the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Office Board Room for a critical 2-hour CAT Training and legislative review session.

In this session, the Government Affairs Committee will review bills introduced in the Legislature and determine the association's stance on each proposed piece of legislation. Guided by the policies and mission of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association, the committee will discuss and decide on positions that best represent the interests of real estate ownership and practice. Additionally, the committee may recommend introducing legislation beneficial to the industry.

This event is essential for those involved in the association's legislative efforts, as it directly shapes the advocacy strategy for the upcoming legislative session.
