RPAC Trustee Application Now Open – Eastern Region
The Nebraska REALTORS® Association is accepting applications for the RPAC Trustee position representing the Eastern Region, which includes the Norfolk Board of REALTORS®, Columbus Board of REALTORS®, Blue River Area Board of REALTORS®, and Nemaha Valley Board of REALTORS®.
The current Eastern Region RPAC Trustee, Rick Grubaugh, will complete his term at the end of the year due to term limits. The RPAC Trustee position is a three-year term and provides an opportunity to help guide and support REALTOR® advocacy efforts through the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC).
Applications are being accepted through Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Candidate interviews will be held during the RPAC Trustee meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, during nGage at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, Nebraska.
REALTORS® interested in serving as the Eastern Region RPAC Trustee are encouraged to review the responsibilities of the position and submit an application.

National Association of REALTORS® Approves Nemaha Valley Board of REALTORS® Jurisdictional Change
Lincoln, Neb. – The Nemaha Valley Board of REALTORS® (NVBOR) is pleased to announce that the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has officially approved the association's request to expand its territorial jurisdiction, strengthening its ability to serve REALTORS® throughout southeast Nebraska.
Effective immediately, the Nemaha Valley Board of REALTORS®'s jurisdiction now includes all of the following Nebraska counties:
- Clay
- Gage
- Jefferson
- Johnson
- Nemaha
- Nuckolls
- Otoe
- Pawnee
- Richardson
- Saline
- Thayer
The approved jurisdictional change reflects the evolving needs of the real estate industry and creates new opportunities for REALTORS® throughout the region to become active members of a local association dedicated to advocacy, education, professional standards, and member engagement.
The expanded jurisdiction provides additional options for REALTORS® seeking local board membership under NAR's Board of Choice policy. Members will continue to receive the benefits of local representation while maintaining access to statewide and national REALTOR® programs, advocacy efforts, education, and professional standards services.
Since 1977, the Nemaha Valley Board of REALTORS® has served REALTORS® across southeast Nebraska by promoting professionalism, ethical business practices, and excellence in the real estate industry.
