Ashlee Hendrickson is a lifelong Nebraskan who graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. While at the university, she served as a Page at the Nebraska Legislature, sparking her passion for public policy and advocacy.
Following graduation, Ashlee spent four years with the Nebraska Health Care Association as their Advocacy Director before joining the Nebraska REALTORS® Association in 2022.
Ashlee currently lives in Syracuse with her husband, Alec, their two children, Davis (4) and Sloan (1), and their Australian Shepherd, Reagen. They love to golf on the weekends and spend time traveling.

Alyssa grew up in the small town of Homer, Nebraska, and has called Lincoln home for the past 13 years. She is a graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where she earned a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management with an emphasis in Leadership and Communication.
She began her career in customer service and event planning, which naturally led her to association management—a space where she could combine her passion for building connections with her talent for creating memorable experiences. With over four years in the association world as an Executive Director for multiple nonprofit organizations, and more than a decade of hands-on event experience, Alyssa loves bringing board ideas to life, supporting members, and finding new ways to make a meaningful impact.
Outside of work, you’ll find Alyssa spending time with her husband and daughter, enjoying weekends with family and friends, or planning her next get-together. She’s always up for a good conversation, a spur-of-the-moment adventure, or any excuse to make something special happen.

Hanna grew up in Waterloo, Nebraska, but moved to Iowa with her husband in 2016. She earned an Associate's Degree in Commercial Photography from Metropolitan Community College in Elkhorn, Nebraska, and from there went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a Minor in Graphic Design from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Hanna's first job out of college was working as the Communications Director for the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® in 2014. She worked there for eight years, before becoming the Communications Director for the Nebraska REALTORS® Association in 2022.
Hanna is extremely passionate about communication and creating content for the association. Whether it be photos, email, videos, or graphics, Hanna is always making things "pretty" around here. If you can dream it, Hanna loves to bring ideas to life! When she's not behind a camera at an association event, you can often find Hanna socializing with members, one of her favorite parts of her job. Well, that, and getting to be creative every day!
Hanna works remotely full-time from her home in Oakland, Iowa. If she isn't busy working or doing something creative, you can find Hanna outside with her husband and their 7-year-old daughter, working on their farm where they raise show pigs for kids in 4-H. Hanna loves being outdoors, going antique shopping, and sipping on an iced-coffee multiple times a day!

Shianne grew up in Wyoming, where she developed a deep appreciation for wide-open spaces and strong community values. She later made Nebraska her home and is a proud graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Community Health and Wellness.
She began her career at an Association Management company and quickly discovered a passion for supporting professionals who are deeply invested in their industry. Today, she brings that same energy to her role, where she loves planning events that create meaningful connections, lasting impact, and real value for members.
Outside of work, you’ll find Shianne enjoying the outdoors, whether it’s on the water, the golf course, or in the mountains with her husband, Colton. She is also a dedicated Husker fan, especially on fall Saturdays, enjoys baking homemade sourdough bread, will never turn down a coffee, and has a love for fashion.

Tiffany grew up in Milford, Nebraska, where she still lives today—aside from a brief adventure in Des Moines. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Doane University and brings more than nine years of association management experience to her role at the Nebraska REALTORS® Association.
She once considered becoming a REALTOR® but quickly realized that was a little too people-y for her. Instead, she’s found her perfect fit working behind the scenes, supporting members, and keeping the numbers in check.
Tiffany also has a strong background in the financial world, having served on the Controller team at a holdings company and worked as a financial advisor managing client portfolios. She still enjoys acting as the “advisor” in the office—whether her coworkers ask for advice or not!
Outside of work, Tiffany is usually on the go, hanging out with her 4-year-old son, Cooper, developing new projects for her husband, Ryan, testing out new recipes, fitting in a workout, or spending time with family and friends. She’s also an active member of her local Kiwanis club and church community.
