nVision, formerly known as the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Annual Convention & Expo, will take place April 13–15, 2026 in La Vista. The updated name was introduced to create clarity and consistency across our events while giving this signature gathering a distinct identity. Built around the theme A Story Worth Telling, nVision brings REALTORS® from across the state together to reflect on the experiences, achievements, and milestones that shape both their businesses and their personal journeys in real estate.

Over three full days, nVision will feature engaging education sessions that spark fresh ideas, committee meetings that encourage meaningful collaboration, and a dynamic exhibit hall filled with tools and resources to support members at every stage of their career. Each element of the event invites attendees to honor the chapters they have already written while gaining insight, connections, and inspiration for what comes next.

From discovering new strategies to reconnecting with peers and envisioning the future of the industry, nVision offers an experience centered on growth, purpose, and a story worth telling.

2026 Accommodations

We have reserved hotel blocks for the 109th Annual Nebraska REALTORS® Association nVision, April 13–15, 2026. Attendees can choose between two convenient options: the Courtyard by Marriott or the Embassy Suites by Hilton. Be sure to book early, as the last day to reserve your room in either block is Thursday, March 12, 2026.

2026 Exhibitor Booths & Sponsorships

Registration for exhibitor booths and sponsorships is now open for the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Conference & Expo, taking place April 13–15, 2026 at the Embassy Suites Convention Center in La Vista, NE.

Expo Hours

The Expo will be open ALL DAY on Tuesday, April 14th! All of our break snacks and drinks will be located in the Expo hall beginning at 8:00 AM, and we will finish out the day with the Exhibition Reception featuring Casino Night. All exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to join in on the fun and play alongside our members. If you run any giveaways, we will draw and announce winners for you at the end of the night.

Booth Set-Up: Monday, April 13th @ 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Booth Tear-Down: Tuesday, April 14th @ 8:30 PM OR Wednesday, April 15th @ 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This year’s theme, “A Story Worth Telling,” celebrates the power of your REALTOR® journey by highlighting the experiences, relationships, and wins that shape your success. Inside the Expo, the theme “Tell Your Story” will bring the energy to life, so come ready to share, connect, and celebrate your story worth telling! Decorate your booth on theme for a chance to win our best booth award!

Shipping information

Boxes/packages may be sent for arrival a maximum of 48 hours prior to group arrival and will be marked with:

The responsible party’s name
Group name (Nebraska REALTORS Association)
“Hold for Arrival Date of Saturday, April 11, 2026”

In-Bound Shipments: Arrangements to receive 10+ packages and pallets must be made in advance. The Hotel is not responsible for any damaged packages and has the right to refuse any shipments.
